Both homes are in the middle of Upper Matecumbe, walking distance to many restaurants and breweries.

Can we host events on the property?

Sorry, there cannot be events on the property thanks to our neighbor.

Yes, there is a pet fee but dogs are always welcome!

What is the minimum night stay?

The city of Islamorada requires a 7 night stay for ALL licensed rentals.

Are the pools heated?

Pool heat is available for a small fee for those couple of winter months where the pool temperatures can go down to 80 degrees.

What linens are provided?

We provide a full set of sheets and towels including beach towels, black washcloths for make-up removal, and kitchen towels.

What amenities do you have?

Aside from our pool, we have kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles for your use. We provide generic size bike helmets and life preservers as well.

Is the pool chlorinated?

No, we only have saltwater pools

Is there a washer and dryer to use?

Yes, there is, also an ironing board and iron.

What is your cancellation policy?

We have a no-cancellation policy and suggest travel insurance if there is a possibility you may not make your trip.

Are there cameras on the property?

There are only exterior cameras for safety and security.

What are the checkout chores?

Lock the door and drive safely! YES, that's it! We don't expect you to do chores on your vacation.

There are smart TVs in every bedroom and living room

How good is the WIFI, I need to occasionally work on my trip?

My two daughters and I stayed at the Oasis for a girls trip to Islamorada. From the moment that the gates opened onto this vast property, you could look straight back and see the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. We chose Oasis because it was dog friendly, and fully fenced. Our dogs absolutely loved loved loved every minute of it! The grounds were immaculate, the beach was absolutely awesome, and we loved every day sitting under the stilt home in the cool breezeway, looking out over alligator reef when we weren't cooling off in the infinity pool. The mattresses were fantastic! I have never slept that good away from home. We were right in the center of Islamorada yet we felt like we were on a tropical island somewhere away from everyone. Mark and Doli our wonderful hosts, even left us a beautiful cooler with their logo on it as a gift that we use the entire time. We are beyond excited to return as soon as we can all get together again. I cherished every minute that I got to spend with my adult daughters so much that we even extended it one more night. We definitely will be back soon.

Beautiful home with great common areas! Our family enjoyed our stay, spending time every day by both pools and out by the docks. The upper patio at the house was a perfect spot to read and hang out. We enjoyed kayaking daily and finding manatees nearby. Great location near restaurants and shopping! Mark was very accommodating and very responsive when we had questions. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely give this property 5 stars. The location in Islamorada is unbeatable—close to great restaurants, easy access to the water, and perfect for enjoying everything the Keys have to offer. One of the best features was the dock slip for our boat, which made the trip so convenient and enjoyable. Being able to keep our boat right there and head out whenever we wanted was a huge plus and really elevated the whole experience. The home itself was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The amenities were thoughtful and made it easy to settle in and relax right away. The property is spectacular with immaculately designed and cared for landscaping. We felt like we were on our own private island. The view of the Atlantic was breathtaking. Our favorite spots were drinking coffee in the rockers in the shade of the main house and champagne in the seating area under the stars. The two homes are bright, open and original retro. The kitchens (yes, two kitchens) had everything we needed. How do you keep all those windows so clean? We took advantage of the kayaks and the amazing ocean front pool. Mark is a great host. He warmly communicated throughout the booking, arrival and departure process. We hope to be back soon.

This stunning Oasis features two separate houses that are well maintained, providing both space and comfort for everyone. One noted highlight was definitely the fantastic pool right on the ocean, where we spent countless hours relaxing and enjoying the breathtaking views. We were delighted by the abundant seabirds and other interesting wildlife around – it really felt like a slice of paradise. The property is so peaceful and private; it was the perfect getaway. One of the best parts, for the family experience , was being able to kayak right off our private beach, exploring the serene waters at our leisure. Watching the sunrise over the ocean each morning was truly inspiring, a magical way to start each day and to relish in the Divine of God’s creative work! This house could not have been more perfect! I have stayed in just about every area of Florida and this one is hard to beat. The pool was super clean and the kids had a blast playing games in the pool when we all needed a break from the salt water. The beach was so peaceful and all of the toys (paddle boards and snorkels) were well utilized. Wifi was fast and the location was right in the heart of the little town and there were endless restaurants to choose from. I cannot forget to mention the oasis hosts were super quick to respond to questions or any little things that came up. The home is made for dog lovers and our pup thought he was in heaven I am sure. I truly felt like we had our own little beach resort for a week. I can only imagine how beautiful a wedding would be at this home. They have really outdone themselves with this one.

All the privacy you want yet also other wonderful vacationers to meet if you are feeling social. Our family of 4 + dog couldn’t have been more comfortable. The kitchen and bathrooms were just fabulous. We have vacation in the Florida Keys for many years as a family. This was the first time, though we did a full week rental at a house with a dock. We are completely spoiled now and will never vacation in the keys another way and this is our house to go to. if you are considering this property, you absolutely must rent a boat for the week if you don’t have your own. Property was exactly as described with large rooms and brand new appliances throughout. Owners are super responsive. The kayaks are high quality and such a nice bonus to have. We used them every morning and evening. Family of manatees right by that we would see frequently at the dock. They love it when you run the hose water for them :). The boat slip was wonderful to have. Highly recommend you rent a boat for the week (if you don’t already have your own). This was first time we did boat rental for several days down there and just can’t imagine not having a boat down in the keys. The way we vacation there is forever changed. Waking up from the beautiful property and hoping on the boat is amazing. Same on the evening returns. So many restaurants in walking distance as well. Make sure you check out Bad Boy Burrito for lunch and the cute coffe shops Cafe Moka. Gorgeous botanical gardens surround both and just 2 blocks from the house.

My family (3 adult couples) stayed her and it was great! each couple had a great room with their own full bath and lots of space. The small pool in our unit was great to hang around after a full day of activities, which are close by. The boat dock is also terrific. You can bring your own boat or rent one easily nearby and there was no extra fee for the slip like other resorts. We met nice people there too. We all used the free bikes, kayaks and paddles board also. we plan on returning to this gem of a place.

The property and location are stellar- the views of the ocean, the private beach and pool- the photographs accurately capture the privacy and beauty of the property. The large home and smaller home are both well kept up - good beds, good showers. The few issues that needed maintenance along the way were promptly addressed by Mark who was very responsive. For checkin, I would have preferred all checkin information to be within the Airbnb app 24h prior to arrival and not sent to my personal email-- instructions for two different key codes didn't arrive in my personal email until after our arrival and made for a frustrating checkin process. Would definitely stay again.

Truly in the heart of Islamorada, this beautiful home with modern furnishings and amenities is within a stone’s throw from the water and within a short walk or bike ride from the best restaurants and shops. Mark was a very accommodating and helpful host. We really appreciated that they welcomed our furry family members, even providing dog bowls! You can tell that Mark and his wife thought of every detail with this home to make it feel welcoming, peaceful, spotlessly clean, and all around beautiful. We rented a boat and were able to leave it at the dock at the property, which made boating/fishing/diving all week so easy and fun. Fishing off the dock at sunset while listening to music from Lorelei drift over the water was relaxing every night. Paddle-boarding alongside a family of manatees right off the dock in the mornings was spectacular. I highly recommend this home and look forward to staying here again on our next trip down!

Rooms and bathrooms Clean! Ladies loved the laundry room. Used the pool and fire pit at the common area several times, neat and clean!! Grill and kitchen ready to go and were used daily. Lorilei's next door was a "go to" several times, breakfast and dinner, also for the guys to go have beers! Captain Steve for a day on the water was great! (at dock next to Lorilei's). My daughter had her wedding at the Oasis and we couldn't be happier with how everything went. I have to say going into this 244 people wedding, it had us very nervous with a venue we basically never heard of. We had to bring in many different venders for this event. Mark stayed thru the end of the wedding and made sure that they all had the proper electrical setups that they needed to pull off the wedding. We understood later that this was the largest wedding they ever had on the property. The morning of the wedding Mark was out there at sunrise raking the sand and making sure everything was perfect for us. Which honestly was something he promised a year ago and I was very skeptical it would happen. But as promised he was there. The two houses on the property made everything very convenient for us. The girls had their house to get ready and my husband and I had ours. Both houses are extremely clean and have everything you possibly would need. Probably the best thing though, was having your daughter tell you the morning after that every single thing went as planned. The wedding was everything she dreamed of. All of this was possible because of the Oasis.

This property was luxury and relaxation all in one! The name speaks for itself, it is truly and Oasis. This property offers two spacious houses, a pool overlooking the ocean, direct access to the ocean for paddle boarding and kayaking, a HUGE permanent tiki hut, and so much more! Islamorada was so incredibly beautiful with so much to do and so many fantastic restaurants. We celebrated our November wedding during our week stay and it was the most incredible night! Our guests could not stop raving about how stunning the property was. Mark was extremely attentive to all details the day of the wedding, ensuring everything was set up/in working order and smoothed the sand in the ceremony and reception areas for us. There was truly nothing better than having a wedding and vacation all in one! If you are looking for a private, beachfront venue to celebrate your wedding ceremony and reception – look no further than The Oasis!!!

This place is perfect if you are an angler with a boat. The docks are in an area protected from rough weather with water and power. The house is great with a bathroom for each bedroom, comfortable beds and furniture. Everything looks brand new and is well maintained. The bait freezer outside was a huge plus and kept our wives happy!! You cant find a better location. Mark the host was very responsive and quick to answer any questions. We will definitely be back.

We booked this property for our wedding sight unseen and we could not have been happier! The photos do not even do it justice! The property is kept in pristine condition and the view will leave you speechless. We held our wedding ceremony with the ocean view in the background and hosted our reception under the cover of the large tiki hut that is gorgeous in person and even equipped with lighting inside. We stayed all week to celebrate with our family and friends, including our fur babies. We used the picture perfect pool every day we were there. The inside of the main and guest home were in perfect condition and very comfortable for us. And again, the views, wow! Mark and Doli helped us with vendors, moving furniture, and cleaning the beach on our wedding day so we didn’t have to worry about anything. They were very kind and responsive hosts. If you are considering this property- BOOK IT! You will not regret it.

Our family stayed in Heart of Morada for Spring Break, April 2023. The home is in the perfect location, close to everything in Islamorada. Our 3 children loved having access to the kayaks, SUP's, plunge pool as well as the community pool. The dedicated boat slip was so nice to have as we went boating almost every day during our stay. The state-of-the-art kitchen had everything you could ever need, even the laundry room made doing laundry enjoyable! The home was spotless with beautiful artwork and comfortable beds. Coral Cove is a very quaint community with brick paved road and gated entrance. Mark and Doli were wonderful hosts who responded quickly with any questions that came up. Our family can't wait to come back!

The Oasis house was a dream. We had our wedding there and the pictures were like out of a magazine. Not only was it a beautiful venue for our wedding, but a perfect place to honeymoon due to the luxury and privacy of this home. Plus it was nice not having to pack up the next day and go somewhere else. Everything was absolutely beautiful. Mark and Doli, the hosts did an amazing job at making sure everything was perfect for our wedding and stay and we loved Doli's paintings, they added a chic feel to the property. They offer a lot at The Oasis, from kayaks, beach games, personal cooler, and bikes; you really get the whole package. You can tell they care for the home and your experience during your stay which is hard to find in rentals. We truly loved our stay, the property, and the customer service at The Oasis.

The Oasis is a spacious ocean front property. The two houses were perfect accommodations for our group of four. We were able to relax in the heated pool or in the outdoor living room. We rented the Oasis villa for our wedding and hosted a beach day, rehearsal dinner, welcome party and our ceremony & reception all onsite. From start to finish our experience with Mark and the property was outstanding. The location of the house was perfect, the accommodations were great, and the ocean view, beach and pool were just spectacular. We had tens of guests telling us this was the best wedding that they had ever attended, largely because of this incredible venue. Mark, our host, went above and beyond to ensure every last detail was absolutely perfect. We are already brainstorming with our group of friends when we can return to the house for a reunion trip. The property was very clean and in great condition. Views are spectacular, especially from the ocean side pool. Sunrises.....WOW!!! We enjoyed the kayaking and paddle-boarding in the shallow sea-grasses, and saw sand sharks, stingrays, and various other fish. The location is very convenient to many restaurants and the new Publix's store; either a short drive or a reasonable walk away. The main house is really just a one couple building, with the second house handling two couples (although you need to share one small bathroom). Great week on the beach!

If you are like me, you see pictures online and think to yourself..:they had to photoshop these pictures, or the lightning was just perfect, or they used a ten thousand dollar camera…..because no way it looks like that. Well I want to say the pictures just do not do it justice. It is beautiful. Perfect for weddings and other private functions. So much parking. One of the largest tiki huts I have seen, private beach, pool, the homes (yes two) are perfect down to the smallest detail. I could go on and on. Wow simply amazing property

The land these two homes is on are absolutely stunning. When entering the gates, your breath will be taken away. The houses were clean, updated, and comfortable. The bed in the main house is incredibly comfortable! Do note, we visited in July and the seaweed on the beachfront was so thick and heavy that there was no sand beach to relax on. Also, the area around the water that you see on the pictures is rock so you will need water shoes. The only way to get to sandy ocean is on the kayaks provided. The owner was easy to contact and quick to answer with any concerns though. My beach vacation was limited to the pool because of the water situation which is my only complaint but that’s not owner’s fault…just nature!

The pool was our favorite single amenity, however the beach, kayaks, palm trees and rocking chairs were all heavily utilized. The location is near perfect. Myself, my wife, and 3 teenagers stayed at this magnificent home that should be highlighted in a magazine. It has 3 spacious bedrooms all with ensuites. 2 of the bedrooms have adjustable beds and all the mattresses are high-end and comfortable. There is also a half bath off the open and airy first floor that has a giant island in the kitchen and large living room. The house is big, and clean, with top of the line appliances and modern luxury furniture. The décor is elegant with beautiful artwork hung throughout. An added bonus is the private plunging pool in the front. The house is one of 7 or 8 other homes in a gated development. The development is extremely safe, and once inside the development, there is a community pool and a dock with access to kayaks and paddle boards. This vacation house was everything that we needed. The owners were very pleasant and always accessible if needed. If I could give a 10 star review, I would. We will be back...

This Island Retreat was more than just any property. It was a slice of heaven. Two charming houses set amidst palm trees had spectacular views of the ocean with a sparkling turquois blue infinity pool from soaring windows. The compound came equipped with six super nice mountain bikes, kayaks, paddle boards, games, and lots of outdoor space to relax. It is pet friendly, and the huge space had a gate around the premises so our dogs could run free, and they may have had more fun than anyone! The kitchens were well-stocked. Plenty of linens and towels. The owners were the best to work with, and they were in touch during our stay. The area is ideal. Walking distance to many restaurants and beer gardens. Lots to do in the area - snorkeling, dolphin swims, state parks, deep sea fishing...but my kids really just enjoyed the gorgeous setting reading their books by the pool. But, if you are lucky, the pet iguana, "Blue" may come out to greet you - just be sure to have lots of lettuce on hand!

We had our original arrangements for staying cancel unexpectedly. Marc and Doli's home was available and saved our family vacation. The home was clean, very well appointed and really, really comfortable after a long day of fishing and snorkeling. The pool is temperature controlled so even though it is a plunge pool, it is very refreshing at the end of the day. We rented a 25' boat and had no problem with dockage. The only suggestions I would have, which are strictly from a fisherman's point of view, the the cleaning table needs a roof and need to be larger, and a bait freezer would have been helpful.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed Islamorada and Mark’s home. Everything was as promised and more - there were a lot of little details that really made things enjoyable. Everything felt new and the home was in great condition. The kids had a blast with the paddle boards, bikes, and kayaks, and the location of the home was central to everything we wanted to do. The seaweed happened to be bad this week (thanks to the storm that passed through), but we saw the team cleaning it up again for the next guests as we checked out, so I think we just had bad timing. The Oasis is everything the pictures show! We were amazed at the views from the houses, the pool and the private beach area. It is truly a private paradise oasis! The location of the property relative to anything you'd want to visit in Islamorada is very convenient. Grilling and cooking were very easy with the provided amenities. The beds were all very comfortable, the bathrooms nicely updated and the decor in the houses well done. The pool had been recently redone and is the most logical and user friendly pool I have ever been in! It has a shallow area on the one end with small fountain/lounge chairs/table, full pool width steps leading down to the 5' level, and continuous side step along the long edge that you can either sit in the pool and look to the west or on the side of the pool with just your fit in. The views just sitting anywhere in the pool are endless! Thank you Mark and Doli for sharing your outstanding Turquoise and Blue vista Oasis with us!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Oasis. Everything was just as expected, and communication with the owners was easy! We found a favorite restaurant while here, Lazy Days, and enjoyed it a couple different times. We used the paddle boards and kayaks easily even though we had no experience with them. That was a great way to see even more ocean life! In the evenings we enjoyed sitting on the ledge of the concrete and just watching the water! We saw a small shark, several sting rays, an abundance of hermit crabs and even a puffer fish just watching from the ledge. I cannot say enough great things about this stay! Thank you for letting us enjoy your property!

Amazing property with lots of room. The drive in from the gate is breathtaking and once you see the view of the Atlantic, you are mesmerized. The home on stilts has one bedroom and the bed is the most comfortable bed I've ever experienced. We enjoyed eating outside the sliding glass doors with the breeze and the ocean view and sitting at that same table in the morning with coffee watching the sunrise. The other home is ground level and has a lovely layout too; both have full kitchens. We enjoyed having the bikes to explore with and the kayaks and paddle-boards were great to have for the ocean too. We spent most of our time in the pool which is very nice and clean. The private beach is a coral beach with many interesting things to collect. There is a large grassy area for outside games too. This property would be perfect for a beach wedding with the palm trees framing the gorgeous water and really great for a family or friends retreat.

Absolutely stunning property! Pulling in you are greeted by a gate opening into a pebbled driveway lined by palm trees. In the evening, light illuminates the trees and drive. Pulling up to the houses you are greeted by a gorgeous view of the ocean. The houses themselves are unique in their own way, they come well stocked with anything you will need including beach bikes, paddle boards, kayaks, lawn games, and you also have access to your own private pool. The property allows for large groups to have their own privacy with the two houses. Both have fully stocked kitchens to allow for all the home cooking you want. Mark and Doli are wonderful and easy to get into contact with. Highly recommend staying at The Oasis!

Having being friends of the owners, we spent a relaxing week enjoying the views from this large property while they were doing renovations for future guests. One of the owners is an artist and we were able to see her latest in process paintings. The villa we stayed in contained beautiful paintings by the owner. To get up early in the morning and see the sunrise on this landscape is worth the getaway. The property is centrally located in Islamorada and a must restaurant is Square One. The property itself is set up with strategically placed palms allowing for atleast 30 or more vehicles for parking. Within a block walk is the Islamarado brewery. The brews are very good. There is a pool, jet skis, and kayaks on this property to use during your stay. We are looking forward to going back and recharging from our stressful jobs on island time.

The grounds are well manicured and beautifully lit with the palm trees. and then you turn around and see the beach and the beautiful ocean and it really sets off some positive vibes. We loved the oceanside pool in the evening for a sundown swim. Both units are very nice and well stocked. Absolutely no complaints about this place and I could see how it would be a perfect venue for a wedding because the grounds are flat, clean and beautiful what more can you ask for? Staying at Marks was fantastic and easy beach living. He is right by a lot of shopping (Saturday farmers market) and great restaurants at the Market Commons.
